1£®This technical document only describes in general five commonly used technological processes for pure water treatment. When customers are selecting equipment model, the treatment technology to be adopted can be determined by our company¡¯s technical personnel according to such factors as specific project¡¯s raw water quality, terminal outlet water quality, production technology conditions etc. after comprehensive comparison.
2£®Since raw water quality greatly influences pure water treatment technology, to make rational selection for pure water treatment technology and make processing equipment run stably on a long-term basis, customers must provide detailed and full water quality analysis data and relevant conditions before equipment selection. In case that accurate water quality analysis is hard to obtain, at least the following data should be provided:
(1) Treated water amount
(2) Terminal outlet water quality requirements
(3) Raw water source condition (river water, reservoir water, groundwater)
(4) Turbidity and chemical oxygen consumption
(5) Ca2+¡¢Mg2+¡¢Fe3+¡¢Fe2+¡¢Mn2+ (mg/l)
(6) Cl-¡¢SO42-¡¢HCO3-(mg/l)
(7) Total dissolved solids (mg/l)
(8) Electric conductivity (¦Ìs/m)
(9) PH value
3£®After receiving relevant data, our company will provide technical comparison between various treatment technology schemes, as well as equipment quotation and technical economic indices of relevant treatment technologies for customers.
4£®After undertaking the project, our company will provide such technical data as detailed treatment process chart, equipment layout diagram, basic civil engineering condition drawing etc. for customer, and provide complete set of operation training for equipment installation and debugging and production personnel, one-year quality warranty after-sales service and long-term supply for fittings.
5£®For other requirements from customer, we welcome request for information personally or by phone
